Bloomz International School organized a demonstration session on Karate and Martial arts for classes 1 to 10 on 30th September 2019.
Ms. Valerie introduced Sir Shakti Stephen and spoke on his contribution towords Shotokan Karate Association.
He showed the students various defensive and counterattacking body movements.
The session helped the students understand that training in self-defense helps in the overall improvement of the individual.
